Bookings & Deposits

All appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward the treatment cost and are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment either through the website or contacting us on 0416697048 and our instagram @shadedbeautyroom. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or a session deduction for package holders.

Late Arrivals

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time to avoid disrupting other bookings. Up to 10 minutes late treatment time may be reduced. 15 minutes or more late appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation Full treatment fees still apply.

Consultation Requirement

New clients booking advanced or corrective treatments must complete a consultation prior to treatment. Treatments are subject to professional assessment and suitability.

Medical Disclosure

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, skin sensitivities, and recent treatments prior to service. Failure to disclose may result in adverse reactions and treatment refusal.

Treatment Suitability & Safety

For safety reasons, treatments may be postponed, modified, or declined if deemed unsuitable at the time of appointment.

Results

Individual results vary depending on skin type, condition, and adherence to aftercare. Treatment recommendations are professional guidance but results are not guaranteed.

Aftercare Responsibility

Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided. Shaded Beauty Room is not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare advice.

Packages & Prepaid Treatments

All prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved. Sessions must be used within the validity period.

Children & Guests

To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, we ask that clients attend appointments alone unless prior arrangements have been made.

Pricing & Promotions

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions and offers cannot be combined unless stated.

Photography & Media
Photos or videos may be taken for treatment documentation and quality assurance. Separate consent will always be obtained before any images are used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Right to Refuse Service

Shaded Beauty Room reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where necessary for health, safety, or professional reasons.
